Sarah is an experienced company director with backgrounds in both public and private sector businesses, boards, and governing authorities. Challenging conventional thinking and inspiring successful teams.  Key to this is a blend of small business entrepreneurialism, large corporate delivery management, infectious energy, and enthusiasm for a challenge.

Carmel is the engine of Scrumptious and supports the delivery of our services.  Carmel also works directly with some of our clients providing flexible administration services and can provide surge demand for the sticky time of rapid growth.  Carmel is also available to our clients to administer board meetings independently to ensure good record keeping.

Beth is Scrumptious’s digital marketing specialist. Utilising her knowledge of social media and creative direction, Beth works to manage an organisations online presence by developing a strategy, producing high-quality content, analysing usage data, facilitating customer service, and managing targeted projects and campaigns.

Jo is Scrumptious’s new business specialist. Jo works with companies to help them find ways to improve their processes, policies, and procedures. She also performs research and analysis to determine the company’s strengths and weaknesses, aiming to improve and develop areas for optimal performance. As well as providing administrative support.
